Anambra State’s Maiden Investment Summit Kicks-off Today, 7th Sept, 2023

The much awaited maiden edition of the Anambra Investment Summit (ANINVEST), organised by Anambra State Government, will kick-off tomorrow, Thursday, 7th September, 2023 in Awka.
The Summit which has the theme “Laying the Foundation for a Progressive and Smart Megacity”, will witness a convergence of investors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, policymakers, and other key stakeholders from all over the world.
The event seeks to create a platform for discussions and engagements that will facilitate the emergence of disruptive and innovative investment initiatives and partnerships that will help create more jobs, boost economic growth, and generate sustainable wealth in the state.
It will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities across various investment initiatives.
Speaking on the upcoming Summit, the Managing Director of Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA), Mr. Mark Okoye, said: “The Anambra Investment Summit is a critical platform for us to showcase the opportunities that abound within our state and to facilitate discussions and partnerships that can help us unlock these opportunities and take our economic development to the next level.”
He added: “The programme is an opportunity for Anambra to discuss and chart the future of the state, just as the Governor promised sustained prosperity. Deals will be signed on that day.”
He urged invited investors, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders, including those that registered, to take advantage of this opportunity to network, engage, and explore the litany of ways that they can partner with Anambra State to drive sustainable growth in key sectors.
Anambra State remains an investor’s eldorado.
