
Chief Medical Director Charges Workers On Right Attitude To Work

The new Chief Medical Director, Comprehensive Medical Centre, Akwuzu, Oyi LGA, Dr. Adaobi Igwebuike, has charged staff of the hospital to always be proactive in the discharge of their duties.
Dr. Igwebuike who made the call during her maiden meeting with the staff of the hospital, expressed disappointment at the nonchalant attitude and negligence to duty by some workers.
She warned that her administration would take disciplinary action against any erring staff in line with the Civil Service rules .
The Medical Director urged all the staff members to join hands with her administration to move the hospital to enviable heights.
She further pledged that her office will always be open to new ideas, criticisms and information, and also advised workers to always take good care of themselves and be mindful of the food they eat, stressing that one needs to eat right in order to be strong and healthy in discharging ones duties.
Responding on behalf of the workers, the Hospital Matron, Mrs Obiageli Ajaegbo, commended the new Chief Medical Director for her bold steps and successful conduct of the very first surgery in the hospital on February 12.
Mrs Ajegbo advocated attitudinal change, and promised total co-operation and good conduct on the part of workera.
