Distribution Of Two-point-two Million Coconut, Palm Seedlings Will Help Pull Families Out Of Poverty – Gov. Soludo

Governor Chukwuma Soludo has expressed hope that the two-point-two million coconut and palm seedlings distributed to two hundred thousand families in Anambra State will help pull them out of poverty.
Governor Soludo disclosed this during a media chat on his three years anniversary in office.
Governor Soludo explained that in few years’ time, the seedlings will begin to yield and this will not only help benefitting families take care of internal food consumption, but will also be exportable produce that will boost their financial status.
According to the Governor, the initiative will also save Anambra, which has a small landmass from erosion.
He added that his administration has planted one million trees within the state to stop erosion menace.
