Hardship: Families Should Have Frank Discussions, Says Bagudu

Amid the cost of living crisis in Nigeria, the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Atiku Bagudu, has advised families to sit and have frank discussions to judiciously spend their resources on basic needs. 

According to the minister, Nigerians must tell themselves the truth that the country is not as rich as they thought.

Bagudu spoke on Wednesday in Abuja after Federal Government representatives met with the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC).

Bagudu insisted that the Bola Tinubu administration made bold choices, arguing that state and local governments are now better funded
