
The Member Representing Awka South II constituency in the State House of Assembly, Hon Nze Chukwuma Okoye has congratulated the new Bishop of Mount Zion Synagogue on his ordination praying God to grant him the wisdom needed to lead the people of God.
Hon. Nze Chukwuma Okoye who gave the congratulations and felicitation message during the ordination ceremony held at the premises of Mount Zion Church, Ada be be village Amawbia in Awka South Council Area, was also accompanied by friends, colleagues, politicians, Key Government officials and well wishers as he joined the parishioners of Mount Zion Synangogue to witness the historic ordination.
In his Congratulatory message after the ordination, the Obizi lawmaker, described the new Bishop, Rt. Rev. Moses O. Nwufo as Bishop of the lord’s congregation and a man who has built reputation working in lord’s vineyard.
He also congratulated the entire Mount Zion Synagogue worldwide for having Rt. Rev. Moses Nwabufo as their new Bishop expressing satisfaction that with his ordination, gospel of Jesus Christ will be preached further to the grassroots and hinterlands.
Nze Chukwuma Okoye who is the sole sponsor of the ordination, while handing over a brand New Toyota car to the prelate, said this is one of the ways he will be supporting the prelate and Synagogue in their commitment to preach the gospel of salvation to all, and also prayed for God’s infinite protection, wisdom and direction on the newly ordained Bishop – servant.
Responding , The new Bishop of Mount Zion Synagogue Church, Rt. Rev Moses O. Nwabufo described Hon. Chukwuma as a Lawmaker and a philanthropist who has been committed to changing the fortunes of humanity through lawmaking and numerous financial empowerment packages, which according to him was the reason why Ndi Obizi gave him the mandate.
He thanked Hon. Chukwuma for the gift of Car and other financial commitments towards the ordination which he described as a success and urged him never to relent in his commitment towards uplifting the poor and downtrodden in the society particularly those resident in Obizi and prayed God to grant the Lawmaker the necessary wisdom and guidance he needed in stepping down dividends of democracy to Ndi Obizi.
He also prophesied greater blessings, testimonies and miracle upon the congregation and all who made the ordination excercize a success even as he prayed God to grant Journey mercies to all who attended the ordination.
