The Dean, Faculty of Education, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Professor Nkechi Ikediugwu, has promised to take the faculty to greater heights during her 2- year tenure in office.
Professor Ikediugwu who spoke to the press in Awka on her blueprint for the faculty, promised that her deanship will be eventful.
According to the dean who assumed office as the Dean of the faculty last month, academic, social and Christian activities will be promoted during her stay.
She said that academically, students will feel the impact of her administration which will focus on facilitating their teaching practices, picnics, and other engaging activities.
Concerning the Tutorial staff especially the younger ones, Professor Ikediugwu promised to ensure that their welfare is taken care of through promotion, etc.
The academia further promised to make academic excellence her watchword as well as sustaining cordial relationship among the facilities and the Vice Chancellor, Professor Charles Esimone.
