Man arrested after climbing high tension pole to demand Tinubu’s resignation.

Operatives of the Adamawa State Police Command have arrested a man who climbed a 33KV high tension electricity pole to demand the resignation of President Bola Tinubu.

The incident occurred in Mayo-Belwa Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

The man had remained up the pole, insisting Tinubu must resign before he would come down.

Newsmen gathered Monday morning that the incident happened between the morning of Friday September 27 and evening of Saturday, September 28.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Nguruje, said the man, whose name was not revealed, was rescued on Saturday night and taken into Police custody in the state capital, Yola.
