The last may not have been heard of the foreign import to the Super Eagles of Nigeria as the Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare identified another skillful, Nigeria international wing wizard and Heerenveen of Holland playmaker Chidera Ejuke.
Just as Super Eagles fans are coming to terms with the loss of another talents following the decision of Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori to team up with the Three Lions of England, Minister of Youth and Sports has provided a new twist to the former Nigeria U17, U20 player.
Chidera Ejuke, 22, has been in superb form for the Eredivise side, Heerenveen with his talents frequently drawing comparisons with Nigeria legend, Austin JJ Okocha.
22 year old Ejuke, known for his quick feet, pace, tricks and near perfect passes, he has featured for the Nigeria U-17 and 20 teams in the past, and Nigerians including the minister think it is time for him to be in the Super Eagles squad.

In March 2017, Ejuke signed a three-year contract with Eliteserien side Vålerenga . In July 2019 he moved to the Netherlands to play for SC Heerenveen , ignoring the interest from clubs as Besiktas JK and Lazio Roma .
The former Gombe United forward has scored 10 goals and 5 assists in 28 appearances for the Eredevise side.
