Nigeria Sets New Daily Covid-19 Record, As Nearly 2,000 Cases Recorded On Friday

Nigeria on on Friday, set a new record for its highest ever daily figure of Covid 19 cases, nearing close to 2,000 positive cases recorded within 24 hours.

According to the the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control,
1,867 new cases of #COVID19 were recorded from 23 states and the federal capital territory.
A breakdown of the cases show

Till date, 107,345 cases of COVID19 have been confirmed, of which 84,535 have been discharged and 1,413 deaths recorded.
