NUJ, RATTAWU, and others to organize a debate for legislator candidates

The Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU) and the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in conjunction with Society for Equity, Justice, and Peace (SEJUP) as well as Bring It Up Africa set to organize a debate for legislative candidates in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

Addressing the conference, the state Chairman of RATTAWU, Mrs Maureen Stone Enujioke and NUJ State Chairman, Dr Odogwu Emeka Odogwu said that the debate is being organized to ensure that through it the public can pick the best of the candidates.

During the debate he said, the audience will have the chance to ask questions and get answers on matters germane to the various constituencies and Districts to be represented by the contestants.
