Construction work has commenced on the six point four kilometers Nnokwa-Adazi Enu-Akwaeze Road, recently flagged off by Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
Governor Soludo during the flag off, noted that the road is strategic for economic growth and development of the area.
Our orrespondent reports that heavy duty equipment from the construction firm handling the project, were already on ground bulldozing and doing excavation, sand filling and leveling up.
The construction, which took off from the Nnokwa end of the stretch has gone far into the first phase of earth working.
From the Okunachu-Nnokwa Junction of the Agulu-Nnobi Road, one can see the seriousness as well as the prompt and quality which the new construction site is receiving.
