In anticipation of the high-stakes AFCON 2023 semi-final showdown between Nigeria and South Africa, Super Eagles Team Coordinator, Patrick Pascal, assures that the Nigerian team remains focused and will not underestimate the formidable Bafana Bafana.

Ahead of today’s epic clash, Pascal emphasized that the Super Eagles are gearing up to face South Africa with utmost seriousness, treating the match as if it were the final.

He said that they will go all out for victory because they are hungry to win the cup again. Pascal also , expressed the team’s determination to secure a regulation-time win without resorting to extra time or penalties.

Regarding Victor Osimhen’s availability, Pascal confirmed the Napoli striker’s6 readiness to take the field, having received clearance to participate. Osimhen has joined the team’s camp in Bouake and trained with teammates on Tuesday evening in preparation for today’s crucial semi-final encounter.
